News of the success of SIGN has spread throughout the developing world. This brings opportunities to reach more hospitals and a duty to respond in a timely manner. Right now, 45 hospitals await approval to start SIGN programs. If sponsors are found, 4500 more patients will be helped over the next 12 months.
