SIGN in Tanzania
The SIGN program located in Dar es Salaam has requested another SIGN system so they can do outreach trips to smaller hospitals in southern Tanzania. The increased use of motorcycles and the subsequent increase in accidents has resulted in a threefold increase in injuries. These outreach trips by staff from Muhimbili in Dar es Salem deserve our support.
