If you experience difficulties, a request for a username and password can be sent to signsurgery@sign-post.org. Before adding surgeries, you must go to the Surgeons Tab and create a list of surgeons for your hospital. Please limit your X-rays to 10 per case. X-rays should be 640 x 480 pixels. Pre-op and post-op X-rays are added to the Fracture page. We invite you to view the Training Manual.
